Breathe
& Grow

My name is Edyta and I believe that feeling grounded in our bodies is the foundation for self-confidence, better communication and reslience.
Nurturing our individual voices and giving them space and strength is essential for building harmonious and effective teams.
This is the basis for becoming mindful artists, coworkers, entrepreneurs, and leaders.

SOUND IT OUT
Unleash your authentic voice
Free Voice – Free Mind is not just a vocal training program; it’s a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Through years of crafting and shaping my skills as an artist and educator, I’ve recognized a universal need: people want to be heard and use their voices effectively. Our voice is not merely a biological instrument but a reflection of our social environment, cultural background, and personal experiences.
SOUNDING IN SYNC
Harmonize body and mind
My workshops focus on breath control, vocal resonance, and physicality, creating a safe space for exploration, stress reduction, and enhanced body awareness. We delve into the powerful connection between free voice and free mind, fostering self-awareness, creativity, and empowerment in an inclusive, international setting.

SPEAK FROM YOUR CENTER
Craft your unique sound
The Free Voice – Free Mind workshop is rooted in my personal laboratory of voice exploration, blending the renowned Roy Hart and Kristin Linklater methods with my own innovative techniques. This comprehensive approach addresses both physical and psychological aspects of vocal expression, creating a unique journey that enables participants to discover and develop their authentic vocal identity.

FIND YOUR VOICE
Experience, openness, energy. Edyta Rogowska-Żak – professional voice pedagogue
Growing up in Poland, my passion for music led me to study piano and perform as a vocalist from a young age. Alongside music, I was always fascinated by human connections, which inspired me to study sociology at the University of Lublin. After completing my master’s, I moved to Berlin to pursue my creative dreams in an international environment, immersing myself in new artistic opportunities and cultural experiences.
For the past ten years, I have led inclusive, intercultural voice workshops for NGOs, which has made me an agile workshop leader, able to work in English, German, and Polish. Meanwhile, I’ve evolved as an artist, singer, and performer, now leading my own Polish future-retro music project, Duxius.
My Free-Voice, Free-Mind workshops blend social pedagogy, physical theatre, and voice techniques from masters like Kristin Linklater and Roy Hart.
I aim to create a safe, empowering space for self-expression, guiding participants toward vocal freedom, confidence, and authentic presence in both personal and professional contexts.
